Service

Our service department provides all levels of hardware and software support for our systems in the field.  Some of these services are included in new systems warranty agreements while others are provided post-warranty via a service contract or through paid on-demand service. MSL’s own support staff service customers in Europe and North America, while representative organizations, backed by our staff in Europe, provide support to our customers in Japan, Korea and Singapore. We also offer contract service support on systems manufactured by other vendors.
