Dave Hurley, CEO

A co-founder of Magnetic Solutions, Dave holds a PhD in advanced magnetic materials from Trinity College in Dublin, and has conducted research in this field at leading institutes in Europe, USA and Japan. He holds seven patents and has co-authored 14 papers on magnetic materials and technology.

Elizabeth Keenan, CFO

Elizabeth holds a Business and Accounting Qualification and recently qualified as a Barrister specializing in company and employment law. Has worked as a finance executive in the IT/Software sector for leading U.S. companies and has previously held senior finance positions with U.S. manufacturing companies including start-up in Ireland. 

Noel O’Shaughnessy, Director of Operations

Noel has over 20 years international experience with multi-national firms in the Chemical, Medical device and Semiconductor sectors in Senior Engineering, Project and Program management roles. He has an M.B.S. (Management Practice) from University College Cork and a degree in Engineering from the Institute of Technology Tralee with further post graduate qualifications in Project Management, Finance and Marketing.

Rory Murphy, VP Global Sales and Marketing

Rory has over 20 years experience in capital equipment sales to companies in the microelectronics and chemical industries throughout the US, Europe and South East Asia. He holds a degree in Engineering from University College Dublin and an M.B.A. from York University, Toronto, Canada.

Dan Montag, VP US Sales & Service

Dan has worked as a sales executive in the semiconductor & data storage capital equipment industries in the US for the past 15 years. He previously held senior sales positions with Unaxis (PVD and etch), Schlumberger (optical overlay and e-beam), FEI/Philips (ion and e-beam, JEOL (ion and e-beam)
