Magnetic Solutions offers a range of Service Support and Training Program's for customer's production needs. Your designated account manager can assist in selection of the most suitable and cost effective solution. The range of available options include;
Service Support Programs
- Scheduled Service Package providing parts and labor for yearly cold head change out on tools using superconducting magnets, annual PM and quarterly tool maintenance procedure carried out by Magnetic Solutions engineer.
- Unscheduled Service Package providing next day engineer on site and 24/7 phone support.
- Remote Monitoring providing remove diagnostic analysis of log files, tool status and trouble shooting for Magnetic Solutions service team.
Training Programs
- Operator Training provides the tool operator with the knowledge required to successfully run the anneal tools. This training is provided as part of the system sale and can also be provided to customers post-sale as required.
- Basic Maintenance Training provides the maintenance staff with the knowledge required to successfully maintain the anneal tools, including routine procedures, fault diagnosis and repair. This training is provided as part of the system sale and can also be provided to customers post-sale as required.
- Advanced Maintenance Training provides knowledge which goes beyond basic maintenance to include advanced software diagnostics and thermal tuning.
With the proper level of maintenance MSL anneal tools typically experience uptimes of >98%.
