Continuing its track record of supporting the process development needs of MRAM developers, Magnetic Solutions has recently commissioned a 300mm annealing capability at magnetic field strengths up to 3 Tesla.

First customer wafers will be processed beginning in April of 2005 in conjunction with Magnetic Solutions development program for 300mm tooling for MRAM production. This enhanced annealing capability will provide additional process development support for MRAM developers, over a wide thermal and magnetic field range, in sub-atmospheric and high vacuum process conditions.
