| Magnetic Solutions invests $ 4 million in MRAM development program |

| Magnetic Solutions, a leading provider of process solutions for the production of magneto electronic devices, today announced a new investment of $ 4 million in its tool development program for MRAM.
|
|
| The investment is focused on the companies MRT tool, the industry leading magnetic annealing system for MRAM and HDDR production. The development program will be carried out in conjunction with key customers at the Magnetic Solutions facility in Dublin, Ireland. It will focus on development of MRT system technology with 300mm capability and further optimization of throughput in the annealing process for high volume manufacture of MRAM.
